Call Us Anytime, Day or Night
If the death occurs under hospice or hospital care, the staff will handle the official pronouncement; at home without hospice, call 911 first. After that, your only job is to call us. We'll bring your loved one into our care right away and take the weight of the next steps off your shoulders.
The Arrangement Conference
When your family is ready — usually within a day or so — we'll meet to plan the service. Helpful things to bring include any pre-arrangements, a favorite photo, clothing, veteran's discharge papers if applicable, and vital information like date of birth and Social Security number. Missing something? We'll sort it out together.
The Days That Follow
Lean on people. Let a friend organize meals, let a cousin spread the word, and let us publish the obituary and service details on our website so no one who loved them is left out. Grief makes even small tasks heavy — sharing them is not a burden on others; it's a gift to them.
