Angela Carol Bittle, age 57, of Fultondale, Alabama, passed away on January 18, 2026. She was born on October 23, 1968, to Gary Wayne Young and Lura Coker Young.
Angela was married to the love of her life, Ronny Bittle, for 39 years. Together they built a life grounded in devotion, laughter, and family. Angela proudly embraced her role as a stay-at-home mother, pouring her heart into raising her children and creating a home where love, warmth, and acceptance were always present.
She was the mother of William (Kim) Bittle, Gary Bittle, Jason (Linnie) Bittle, and Alicia Wise (Jr.) . Her greatest joy was her grandchildren: Mary Faulkner, Dakota Faulkner, Jason Bittle, Camron Bittle, Alexis Bittle, Lexi BIttle , Taylor Bittle, Abby Bittle, Dallas Bittle, and Athena Young, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Angela was preceded in death by her father, Gary Wayne Young. She is survived by her mother, Lura Coker Young, and her siblings: Frankie Young, Jeff Young, Gary (Ronnie Ann) Young, Bobby Young, Jay Young, Lee Young, Melissa (Bobby) Rodgers.
Known for her big heart, Angela opened her home to anyone in need and gave freely of herself without expectation. She was a kind and loving wife, a devoted mother, and a steady presence for her family. She had a playful sense of humor and was especially known for slipping her sons money with a smile and a whispered, “Don’t tell your dad.” She loved the beach, cherished time with family, and found joy in life’s simple pleasures.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a 12:00 p.m. service, at Walker Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. Interment will follow at Walker Chapel.
